Straw to golden in color and plenty hazy. A fingernail of eggshell white sits on top. I smell tart Brett. The flavor is tart Brett with mild earthy hops. There's a sour apple note after the finish. The mouth is heavily carbonated and crisp.

Pour an almost identical appearance to champagne, however with a much smaller head. Very pale body, light yellow. Tart aroma, some Brett notes - mostly tropical Brett with some underlying earthy tones. Light taste, good acidity with some minor astringency, clean crisp finish. A good sour, try it if you come across it.

This is listed as retired, but is back in two batches as of Mid-July 2015. Batch 2 with 750 bottles and Batch 3 with 850 bottles.

This is a bottle from Batch 2.

Poured from the bottle a cloudy lemon yellow with just a whisper of white head. No lacing whatsoever with this on.

Tart and musty aroma of green apple, white wine grapes, and brett.

The taste is tart with white wine grapes, green apple, brett, and straw.

Lighter bodied and very dry with a moderate carbonation.

Apparently each batch uses a different yeast / brett. This was from early 2014. Cracked open with little spritz and looked undercarbed and murky. Thankfully, the feel was sufficiently carbed. Great tropical aroma ... mango, herbal, lemon finish. Body was almost thick, creamy, chewy. Really great beer. Their brett beers continue to impress.

I'm really a peasant when it comes to sours ... still trying to understand them. Thus far (in my limited experience) I really enjoyed this one. Super light gold pour with only a little fizz on top. I personally enjoyed because the flavor was a crisp tart bready grape flavor but not overpowering ... this beer felt extremely light to me ... (saw how some thought this was chewy etc .... didn't get that at all, just the opposite). I shared a bomber of this out with 2 other beer hounds. I personally could not have drunk an entire bottle of this, but had maybe 6oz pour in a wine glass. Was just right and then moved on with my tasting.
