So I actually happened upon this place on accident...Brugges Brasserie across the street was closed (don't know why) so I came here. Glad I did! Food was awesome. But the beers are top notch!
Of note ABV should read 6.2 and 82 IBUs - per chalkboard.
Nice IPA with a great flavor! Sweet, citrusy... musky??? I don't know, but it was a solid IPA. Just get it.

Golden Zoe was brought to me by my Bro---in law....yeah baby. The beer poured a clear copper color with froathy white head that is lacing wonderfully. The scent is faint definitely some fresh hop that lean more toward earthy notes...and I think this is more of a English style than American. The taste is a touch bitter not much in the way of pine of citrus, which leads me to believe this is more English style. The mouthfeel is medium body with smooth carbonation. Overall its a nice sessionable beer.

On draft at Scotty's in Bloomington. My first foray into 3 Wisemen outside of tastings at festivals.

Pours dark gold with a small white head with little retention.

Some citrus on the aroma, but really very bland especially considering the style. Toffee malts come through a lot more than the hops. Smells more like a red than an IPA.

Again not nearly enough hoppiness in the flavor and what is there is astringent. The body is decent, but with such a low hop presence it finishes way too malty and also has a weird metallic aftertaste.

Medium bodied medium carbonation.

Don't know if this is a bad batch or what, but it was hard getting to the bottom of the glass. Way too malt forward especially considering it's only 5.0% with an aftertaste that doesn't make you want to go back for more. Hopefully this is just a bad batch so I'll give it another shot in the future.
