Pours a slightly hazy, pale golden straw color with a one finger frothy white head that quickly settles into a thick, lasting ring. Decent retention with sporadic streaks of soapy lacing clinging to the glass on the way down.

Slightly earthy floral hop aroma with grassy saaz hops and and a pale biscuit malt backbone. Fresh cut grass and subtle pine needle followed by biscuit, bread/yeast and light fruit esters. Apple and pear sweetness countering the hoppy resins.

Fuller body than expected with a crisp hop bite that lingers over the sweeter notes and pale malt backbone into a crisp, dry finish. String grassy saaz bitterness countered by some light fruit, bread and biscuit malt. Very sessionable without sacrificing mouthfeel or flavor.
