Served in a goblet at the brewpub.

I remember when I drugged my wife so's I could finagle a bit of a rape scene involving Satan so's she could give birth the antichrist... Anyway, this stuff pours a clear topaz topped by a finger of off-cream foam. The nose comprises candied orange peel, sweet flowers, rich caramel, and light molasses. The taste brings in more of the same, along with some light grapefruit peel and a vague spicy herbaceous note. The demerara sugar really adds something nice to the proceedings. The body is a light-leaning medium, with a light moderate carbonation and a drying finish. Overall, a solid Belgian-ish brew, one that shows off the specialty sugar very well. Another win for Cleetus's collabs.
