I had dinner here with a friend on December 23, 2010.

Red Rocks has ten drafts, featuring a variety of styles and craft brews, including Allagash, Bell's, Duck-Rabbit, Dogfish Head, Stone, and Brooklyn.

The service was outstanding. The staff was prompt, attentive, and friendly throughout my stay.

The selection is pretty good, with a few trappist beers and miscellaneous craft brews available in the bottle.

The food was definitely good. I had a margherita pizza that was fresh and cooked to perfection - one of the best in the area.

Red Rocks is located less than a mile from Pizzeria Paradiso. Their beer is not quite up to the level of Pizzeria Paradiso, though they do have many nice selections available. The food, however, was far superior at Red Rocks.

I definitely recommend a visit to this place if you are in the area.

Came in for brunch on a Sunday. Not too busy so the service was incredibly prompt with little waiting between drinks or for food. Had a nice selection of craft beers on tap (Stone's and Yard's are the two I had, so I don't really remember the rest. But it was a nice list). A friend had a Bloody Mary, which he never likes and oddly enough, didn't like. The wives had their mimosas and seemed quite pleased. I got the boar's sausage and artichoke heart pizza, which was absolutely delicious and I was pleasantly surprised. My wife also got a pizza and loved it. All in all, it was a nice laid back place and maybe a 2.5 on the $'s.

Visited 3/2011 for dinner:

The restaurant had a nice open feel to it. Maybe a dozen places at the bar, some booths around the bar and tables in the front of the restaurant. I was at the bar and the first thing that I noticed was that there were more people drinking drinks than beer. I think that the place had less than 10 beers on tap, but maybe 25 bottles/cans available. The service at the bar was average at best, defiantly not prompt and had limited knowledge of the beer styles that the establishment was serving. Another gentleman that was sitting next to me even commented on how inattentive the staff was.

The place had a good vibe to it as the place was mostly packed for a Thursday evening. Upon receiving a beer menu, the first thing that I noticed was that most of the beers on the menu I had tried before. This was a little disappointing, but managed to find a 21st Amendment beer as well as an Oskar Blues beer that I had not had. I had the Salsiccia pizza. It had good flavor, but the crust didn't hold up, which was disappointing, but overall the food was good.

Overall, this place is better than some, but certainly not in the same discussion as Pizzeria Paradiso, in my opinion, but worth a go if you are in the area.
