Two finger tan and frothy head on a brown with amber and golden hues body. Murky as well. As good example of candy aroma as you can get. Very fruity, mostly strawberry. Syrup notes too. Flavor is very strong at first with lots of syrup, fruit and sugar cane. Sour note in the finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Semi dry finish. This one is not as sweet as a typical quad which is ok with me as I don't like sweet beers. A good beer but a little off from the style.
