I wasnt sure what this beer was exactly. Seemed like a hoppy brown ale maybe or american IPA. Two finger head with little retention and some lacing on a hazy burnt orange body with golden hues. Aroma is pretty malty with mostly caramel and brown sugar notes. Flavors include candied orange, caramel malts and earthy hops. The 7percdent ABV is fairly prevalent with this one being more boozy than desired. That may also be accentuated by the malt heavy attributes of the beer. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Clean with nice malt profile. Hops are minimal. Again I wasnt quite sure what this one was.
