Look is a pale golden, clear, with minimal lasting head and no lacing. Aroma is sweet, with bready malt. Taste is bready malt, with faded hops. Thin mouth feel. Good pilsner.

Pours an extremely pale almost colorless yellow with a big foamy white head.
The smell is grass, lemon, pepper. A very powerful smelling beer.
The taste is much like the smell lemon, grass, some spicy pepper. A little watery on the finish but still very enjoyable.
The mouthfeel is light and very crisp, about what you would expect from a Pilsner.
Overall I thought this was superb, I'm not normally a fan of Catawba but this will be a new regular for me.
