I'm trying this at my Bestie's in Charlotte. It poured a clear golden with white head that is not leaving any lace. The scent had hints of biscuit. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it was a solid beer.

Look: a cloudy light gold

Smell: crisp and clean, slightly flowery, bit of honey

Taste: creamy, not too sweet, honey lingering on aftertaste, a bit like an unsweet cream soda; there is n bitterness from hops which is a great sign for this style of beer

Feel: highly carbonated, creamy, easy to drink

Overall: I'd get it again and it is one of the more balanced cream ales I've had. In fact, most cream ales are too light to me and lack the consistency of this one

Average brew. Pours a fairly clear straw yellow color from a 12 0z can into a pint glass. Small fizzy head fades out fast. There is little to no lacing on the glass. Aroma is very mild grassy hops and some bready malt and a little citrus (lemon). Taste is much the same but better than the aroma since it goes down so smooth. Mouthfeel is light and crisp like a lager. creamy and smooth. The overall taste is not all THAT MUCH better than a macro lager but the citrus and smooth mouthfeel make it a bit more interesting.

From a can in SC.
Light clear golden body.
Very good head.
Gentle aroma with light bread and mild, rather faint hops. Very smooth and refresjing. Relatively full body for style.
Overall: excellent cream ale.

The nose is suitably loaded with cereal grains - but beneath that, there's a pleasant citrusy tone. I also pick up touches of grass and vanilla. Dead simple, but that's the style for you. Taste follows the nose, but I find it works a little better. Cereal grains open it up, ending with touches of grass, vanilla, and citrus. That's about it. It works well considering. The mouthfeel is lively and refreshing. It's simple but tasty refreshment that's greater than the sum of its parts, enough said.

3.27/5: This is one damn good fishing (and farming) beer

12/31...pours clear copper, some active bubbles, white foam. Slight citrus buried in a nose of straw, hay, and wheat. Taste holds citrus, but rolls into a clean creamy ale. Has a corn like lager flavor. Smooth and simple.
