Pours a very dark brown cola like color with a half finger slightly off white head which leaves a little lace on the glass. The aroma is of caramel, milk chocolate, and a nice vanilla smell. The taste follows suit, there is a big vanilla flavor up front followed by caramel and then a hint of milk chocolate. Very sweet beer. The mouthfeel is moderately carbonated. Overall it is a good beer, the vanilla is not overwhelming or dominating. The flavors just blend well together.
