From Warners. No BB.

Pours an amber/orange. One finger head looks delightful. Good sheet lace.

Aromas are wonderfully lifted, and jump out of the glass. Fruit salad, passionfruit, pineapple, peach, grapefruit, lime all have hints.

Taste has a whole lot to live up to and does not quite reach the heights of the nose, but contains same elements. Main difference is that it is such a delicate light taste overall. Hops more to the fore in the taste.

Mouthfeel slightly under carbonated.

Good find.

I tried this at the Pink Moon Saloon in Adelaide. I didn't have time to write a review or anything. But from what I remember I thought it was pretty good. It had fruity scent. The taste was a nice balance between malt and hop.

Pours dark amber with a large, lasting head.
Nose shows tropical fruit, resinous hops and lots of sweet clean malt. Textbook new-world pale ale.
Similar amount of malt upon tasting, very sweet, lots of caramel. The hops are not forgotten, with more tropical fruit and resin. Finishes with a bold bitterness that can't quite keep the malt in check.
Carbonation could be higher to dry out the finish a little.

Pours with a small white head which leaves only mild lace atop a hazy light orange body.

The aroma is a little subdued and exhibits notes of grass, citrus and passionfruit with a noticeable mineral edge.

The flavour is not too complex but it works really well, a straight citrus atop a minerally character which becomes quite flinty in the slightly lemony finish.

I find that out of the bottle this beer has a firm, pleasantly prickly mouthfeel.

Not a complex beer, but you won't complain on a hot summer's day. A really well put together APA.

This pours a cloudy dark orange colour. Not a lot of head going on.

A big, beautiful whack of tropical fruits on the nose - pineapple, passionfruit. Just a little malt in behind it. Superb.

The tropical fruits are still there on the palate but perhaps a little more resinous than I was expecting.

It is really full in the mouth and gives it this great roundness over the tongue.

An excellent APA.

On tap at the brewery.

A: Served a hazy golden color with a nice head that faded to good lacing.

S: Fresh aroma of pine, fresh fruit, inparticular passionfruit and bit of malt sweetness.

T: Taste of citrus, mild malt sweetness and bit of passionfruit. Nice bitterness and a fairly dry finish.

F: Medium body, crsip, smooth and flavorful. Nicely balanced. Very enjoyable beer.

O: Nice take on the Pale Ale.

Had on tap at the Local Taphouse.

Pours a cloudy amber-gold, with generous white head. Visible bubbles around the edges and great retention, nice and dense on the top. Doesn't exactly excite me, but then I don't expect a pale to do so, and for the style it looks ideal.

Smells quite hoppy. Antipodean hop character, with passionfruit and tropical resinous notes. Balanced and grounded with slight caramel malt that allows hops to float, but not dominate. Pretty decent.

Taste is quite nice. Subtle fruity esters from the start swimming atop pleasant, slightly buttery malt. Develops resinous and floral hop notes midway with lots of passionfruit, pineapple and slight sap notes and nectar. Yeah, a pleasant beer. I do have a bit of trouble with that slight citric bite, but it's not overpowering, and the balance is pretty pleasant overall.

Mouthfeel is a bit thin at first, and a big sizzle comes through on mid as it goes down. Not that great; carbonation could definitely be toned down.

That being said, this is a pleasant drinking beer, nice balance and good for thirst-quenching.

330ml bottle poured into pint glass 7/4/14

A almost clear golden yellow, very fine sediment and just a few bubbles manage a short lived finger of foam that leaves just a few random spots of lace

S peaches, apricots, passion fruit, pineapple, and a little lemon big tropical nose, I get a little grass, and a hint of dry cereal

T slightly more cereal and not quite as much tropical fruit, just a hint of pine I didn't smell and a little toffee, nose has a clear edge

M light bodied, could use a few more bubbles but enough to give it some life, fine grit left behind and some lemon rind lingers

O great pale ale, big tropical nose and all the important aspects are well taken care of, so easy to drink I'm wishing I got more then a single

I think this one has more hops then their IPA, big nose, my glass is long empty and I could easily drink this all day under a hot sun

On tap at the Local Taphouse in Sydney.

Pours a light yellow hue, with a slight haze. Head is a fine white, leaving sheets of lace. Colour is good, body is light and approachable. Looks very decent overall.

Note is very fresh with fruit, paw-paw being dominant--that vaguely light, vaguely sweet tropical aroma. It sits fresh and pleasant, with a nice subtlety. Fresh and exciting.

Lively fresh palate. Sharp in places, but still pleasantly tropical, faint citrus characters which probably add to the bite, and a hint of crushed fresh leaves. Very tasty all up. Feel is perfectly suitable.

This is a really nice easy-drinking pale ale. Light, but fragrant, with lovely tropical characters. Luscious. If this beer is any indication, there's a great new brewery on the scene.

A - Pours a bright orange hue capped by a glowing white sudsy head with sticky lacing to follow.

S - All hops up front, peach, orange, passionfruit with a mild caramel backing.

T - Strong hop presence here, follows the nose with citrus, big lime, pineapple with some late arriving syrupy malt. Bitter for an APA.

M - Medium to full body, moderate carbonation.

O - Excellent APA. Perfectly sessionable and a really pleasant surprise after the bottlo chucked this one in for me on the house. Thanks Josh @ Mane Liquor.

I had a 330ml bottle.
Appearance: pours cloudy golden colour with small white head that dissipated pretty quickly.
Aroma: one of the best pales I have encountered recently. Very present fruity hop aromas. Passion fruit, stone fruit (peachy) and citrus type aromas present.
Flavour: excellent complex flavours as the fruitiness of the hops follow through upfront. Moderate bitter finish and overall great taste. Good level of carbonation initially makes if a refreshing beer as well but as I left it a little while the carbonation fell away to be very flat and I had not left it standing that long at all. This was the only negative to an otherwise great beer.
Overall: great beer, I will be looking out for this one again.
