A-Pitch black with a creamy tan head (1/2 finger that slowly dissipates into a thin sticky lacing)
S-Chocolate malt, coffee, toasted malt
T-Taste follows the nose. It has a burnt biscuit taste and a slight booziness as it begins to warm. Sweet and toasty, low-moderate bitterness as it warms also.
M-Thin-moderate mouthfeel. Light chewiness. Would prefer it to be a tad thicker on the pallet.
O-One of Tin Roof's best offerings although not one of my favorite stouts. Good coffee and dark malt flavor but would prefer slightly less bitterness on the back end.

Bomber. Nice sweet chocolaty stout, soft n smooth, a little hop bitterness in the finish. Thin to medium semi slick feel. Solid offering by Tin Roof.

Poured from a 22oz bottle into a Bell's spieglau stout glass.
Look is pitch black with ruby highlights at the edge of the glass and a very tan head like a latte or coffee and milk.
Aroma is roasted malt with notes of prune and dark dry cherries.
Taste is sweet dark cherry date balanced with roasted malt. Very balanced nuanced beer.
Taste really carries it through.

Pours opaque, black with 1/3 inch head and high carbonation. Taste is dark and sweet chocolate, vanilla, cream, sugar. Nice and sweet that is borderline dessert beer but still very much a stout. Really tasty. Amazing beer. Glad I picked this one up. Wish I picked up more than one bottle. Best beer from the brewery and right up there with the best beers I have had from Louisiana.

Weak. Extremely watery for a russian imperial. Wasted wax.
