L: Clear, light gold with 1-finger head and decent lacing..

S: Not much of a nose. Light citrus hops.

T/F: Nice hop citrus flavor, with a touch of bitterness at the end.

O: A decent IPA. Not as complex as the best, but worth ordering again.

First had this 6.00 ABV ale on draft into tumbler. This IPA is a bit rough around the edges. There are plenty of more-polished, higher-rated IPAs. I would rather drink the Juke Joint.

Could use a bit more haze on the look. Smells like pure mosaic goodness. Taste is much the same. Huge dank with stone fruit and mild citrus notes. Overall, this new version is one of the better IPAs in the state. Reminds me very much of Opus Vert from Parish, but maybe even a bit more balanced. I was not expecting this from Tin Roof. This is my new go to IPA, unless something else comes along and tops it.

Pours hazy, dark orange-brown in color with 1/3 inch head. Taste is pine resin, grapefruit, and Earl Grey tea. Light caramel sweetness appears as the beer warms. Bitter with dry finish, medium bodied and moderate carbonation. Tasty and dry IPA that is worth a shot, but I prefer others in the style.

Canned 6/24/16

Pours an effervescent honey color with 2+ fingers of cream colored head. Great head retention & good lacing

S: Neutral, some grassiness & pine fight through, then grapefruit

T: Pine, grapefruit & breadyness up front. Herbal, woody & grapefruit, rich breadyness as this warms, a little caramel, plus dryness. Finishes with grapefruit, dryness, pine & a little more caramel

MF: Medium body, soft carbonation & nice balance

Solid IPA, wouldn't go out of my way to get it, but would get again if the great IPAs weren't available, nose is the only real drawback
