My first dissapointment is that despite the name this wasn't a Flanders brown ale. Instead it was more of the typical brown ale most micros have. It was thin for style and bigger than typical hops. I like my browns to have low hop and heavy malt, but this was reversed. I could have forgiven it if it had just had more malt, but it didn't.
