Notes / Commercial Description:
Did someone ask for hops? Tired of beers that promise a full lupulin experience, but never deliver more than richly malted bitterness? It’s no secret that this is what we excel at. We’ve been brewing world class IPAs for years. Our flagship is the culmination of a decades worth of studying and brewing. Take a step above and acclimate to what an IPA should be.

This is a great beer. I would give the slight edge to this over project dank. Not overly bitter but there is a decent hop presence. Worth trying at least once.

Excellent beer. Taste has a strong malt presence; lots of caramel and biscuit, yet the hops stand up to it, along with the malt flavors there are plenty of fruity notes, no bitterness. Very impressive ipa

L: Pleasing golden honeycomb and slight rust hues with a minimal half inch or so of head
S: A bit of dankness with limones and grapefruit coming through
T: Beautiful hop profile with a wallop of bitterness underpinned by a dry crackery malt finish
F: Smooth with moderate carbonation and pleasant mouthfeel
O: After drinking a lot of citrus bomb low-malt NE IPAs lately this was a refreshing break. The hop bitterness that initially drew me to IPAs really shines here. Overall this is a very drinkable and well hopped IPA.

(Draft, La Cumbre Brewing, Albuquerque NM) Initially this beer rated a 4.0 last night from the can at Monroe's, but today it is down a couple notches. 100ibus is apparent as the bitterness sticks out. The most solid IPA so far on this trip.

First review here, so bare with me!
Looks: Golden, muddy amber with 1.5 fingers of foam that dissipates quickly
Smell: citrusy and piney hops come through strong, fruity and crisp
Taste: The hops are very prevalent throughout, though it starts strong and then makes way for more of the citrus and piney flavors, then lingers on. Very crisp and clean tasting and quite delicious.

Overall an excellent IPA

Purchased from jubilation in ABQ. Hop profile reminds me of Modern Times Blazing World, but the bitterness is a bit higher. Overall, a very tasty beer! This one is up there in terms of quality with some of the best IPAs out there.

Last words...if in the 505, it's a must try. If you are passing through, get a couple of cans....its legit!

Oh what an rosy Amber with a fastly fading 1/4 inch of foam but once you taste there is greatness. It is the blast of hops without muddle of flavors just clear clean refreshment to crisp finish. Greatness in a can!
