I found these in a Telluride liquor store cooler. The canning date is 09/08/15. I've been wanting to try this beer for a while and was ecstatic with my find.

Look- Pours a clear and brilliant deep gold with a generous amount of frothy white foam.

Smell- Passion fruit forward, pineapple, some pine, and butyl in the back. Dank as hell!

Taste- Juicy passion fruit, pineapple, and some pine. There is a spice finish in the end that is rye-like.

Feel- A bit thin with a bitter and dry finish.

Overall- This drinks like a much bigger beer. It's hands down one of the best IPA's I've had, and that includes double IPA's. Just a juicy hop monster of a beer!

16 oz can poured into tulip. No canning date

Pours a clear, Amber, orange color with a 1.5-2 finger head. Both the hops and malt are present on the nose in a nice combination. The taste is the same with a pleasant mixture of hops and malt with the hops taking a little dominance over the malt. More so than on the nose. Overall, this was a very well balanced IPA with one aspect not completely shutting out another. Glad I got to try it and would recommend.

16oz can. Date of 7/24

L- Dare orange, almost amber. Big white, frothy head.

S- Piney. Sweet malt. Apple?

T- Very piney and somewhat dry. Nice full bitterness that lingers throughout. Decent malt backbone but this one is definitely hop forward. If I didn't know I would have thought this was a IIPA.

F- Moderate for the style. Nice carb. Finished crip and a little dry.

O- Very solid IPA and I'm thrilled to have had the opportunity to enjoy.

16oz can poured into a tulip, canned 7/6/15

A- pours a clear golden-amber color with a two-finger foamy and sudsy white head that retains for a while, eventually settling to leave some nice lacing behind

S- fresh leafy hops burst out of the glass, followed by notes of tropical & citrus, including mango, papaya, grapefruit, tangerine and peach. Even picking up some fresh mint leaf and cut grass. Malt is hard to find in the aroma, allowing the hops to shine

T- lots of fresh cut grass up front, followed by plenty of tropical hop flavors with an emphasis on orange peel, passionfruit & mango. Some dank resin kicks in, providing a bit of pine that continues into the finish. Ever-so-slight sweet malty linger

M- medium body with moderate carbonation leads to a creamy mouthfeel that continues into the finish, amazing drinkability

O- this one lived up to the hype, one of the top five 'single' IPA's that I've had. Dank and easy to drink

16 oz can. Bright orange amber with very slight haze, finger white head dissipates with a little lace. Big aroma of dark fruit and pine. The taste punches you in the mouth with lots of piney hops and sweet malt, but the hops win turning into an earthy grassy finish. Hops/bite linger maybe a little too long. Medium slick mouthfeel, high carbonation. Overall very good DIPA if looking for big piney hops.
