Bottle from Quebec private order, 2009 brewed, released in 2010. Near vinegar and yeast, a great geuze like beer. More malty when I first had it, I saved the second half of the bottle for later that day as carbonation eased so did the head and more aggressive vinegar, and also more wood particularly at the end of the bottle. Still very drinkable.Hard on the palate, though not as much as some Cantillons.

2009 Vintage.
Blond color, a bit hazy. Decent white foam, quite creamy.
In the smell vinous notes, slightly tart, white wine like. Fruity notes too, white grapes, pine-apple.
Similar taste, vinous, white wine, wood, light and delicate.
And over all, the spontaneous fermentation notes of the Divina, quite delicate, though. Tartness in the back, quite interesting.
In a way, a champagne like beer.
Very good, great drinkability, perfect as aperitif.

Bottle shared at bu11zeye's 10,000th rating tasting.

The beer pours a yellow color with a white head. The aroma has a lot of wheat and yeast notes, with some lemons also thrown in. The flavor is similar. I get some light funk, with some tart lemons, Belgian yeast and a hint of tartness. The beer is fairly dry and is easy to drink. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

Bottle: Poured a lightly hazy yellow color lambic with a super large foamy head with excellent retention and some very good retention. Aroma of light barnyard with some tart notes and dominating french oak notes. Taste is also heavily dominated by tart notes with light barnyard notes and some dry french oak notes. Acidity is well balanced by light sweet notes in the aftertaste. Body is somewhat full with great carbonation. Very easily drinkable thought maybe not as much as a Girardin gueuze.
