Notes:
Dry hopped American style IPA is full of Amarillo and Cascade hops; they imbue the beer with bold, yet refreshing citrus notes followed up by a tall forest of aromas leading you to a perfectly balanced and brilliantly bitter beer.

From City Brew Tours, canned March 26th 2023.
Pours a clear a medium gold with a good head of foam that shrinks fairly slowly, lacing is good.
It smells hoppy, duh, it is dry hopped, with notes of pine and grapefruit citrus. There's also an indicator of tropical fruit.
The taste is grapefruit citrus, pine, cracker malt, tropical fruitiness I mentioned in the smell is kept in check, which I like. Bitterness is a tad more, imho, than moderate as per the label.
Good mouthfeel, interesting IPA. If it was available locally, I might visit it from time to time.

L- Poured into glass leaves a 3 inch pillow head that lasts awhile. Lacing on the glass remains. Body is copper colored but not clear, more dishwater in appearance.
S- Pine, citrus.
T- I would call this a midwest IPA with a west coast hop bite on the back end. Definitely hoppy and I would guess this one will get malty with some time in the can.
F- Smooth on the tongue. Easy drinker.
O- I would describe this beer as an average IPA and worthy of a pick up for science. Not a hazy IPA or NEIPA, which I appreciate and support.
