Trying the Sgt. Peppercorn with my good friend Gunny at our local tap house. The beer poured a nice clear copper with thin white head that is not leaving much of a lace. The scent is pretty faint....subtle caramel malt touch of spice. The taste is a well balanced beer that start somewhat sweet then finishes with a nice pepper flare. The mouthfeel is medium in body with god carbonation. Overall a nice seasionable beer.
