12 oz bottle poured into snifter

A: deep amber body with slight haze. Frothy small bubbled white head.

S: Smells malty with a slight floral, resin bite.

T: Malty beer bready resiny and not very hoppy.

M: Slightly heavy especially for an pale ale.

O: Such an average beer, more of an English style IPA. It has a ton of maltiness and just flecks of Hops. This is is a beer you won't be disappointed you didn't buy.

Pours dark copper, smells heavy of malt and piney, resinous hops. Tastes very similar-dark dank hops with a strong malt presence. This is one of the heavier APAs I have had. Drinks closer to an IPA.

Pours copper in color. Transparent. Nice thick head retention on top of the beer.

Aroma is citrus forward with notes of honey and mango in the background.

It's flavor is very well balanced. It has a malt backbone that pairs well with it's hop level and hop profile.

It's a good, all-around pale ale.

12 FL. OZ bottle
Served in a perfect pint glass

It pours amber with burnt orange highlights. It is topped with two inches of beige head that leaves a little lacing.

I can smell that caramel malt at first. Then I get floral and pine aromas.

It starts out malty with a pine finish.

Medium mouthfeel

I am glad it was part of a sampler pack. It is okay but not worth buying a six pack.
