Poured into a tulip, the appearance was a fairly bright yet chill hazy yellow color. Mild little white semi-foamy head quietly dissipated to leave some light lace.
The aroma had some hay/grainy sweetness trying to blend with some clove/coriander spice. Some grassiness and banana meshes in underneath.
The flavor moderately leaned towards the sweet side but somewhat develops a spicy side with more warmth. Light aftertaste of banaa, clove and earthiness.
The mouthfeel was almost medium bodied but sat just a touch under. Good carbonation with some smooth arrangement acting on my tongue. Finishes with some spice, banana and grassiness.
Overall, nice to try but where was the Belgian yeastiness? Those other aromas I mentioned seemed they were only there because the brewer put those there almost as if they were adjuncts and not the blend of a witbier yeast acting upon the Belgian malts.

12 oz bottle poured into snifter
A: Pale straw, light gold in color. Excellent clarity with just a light filmy white head.
S: Clove and coriander with a slight hay smell. Almost get light hints of nutmeg and cinnamon
T: Lots of banana, clove, nutmeg, and light bits of cinnamon.
M: Very light and refreshing body is very watery and smooth.
O: I am not a huge fan of this style, yet this one is very refreshing. Not something I would want to drink multiples of, but it wouldn't be bad every once in awhile.

Good summer brew. The quality is evident as far as ingredients are concerned and the beer has a nice sweet finish. Sure to be a good option in hot weather. Slightly above average craft summer brew.

12 ounce bottle into pint glass, no bottle dating. Pours hazy golden straw color with a 1 finger dense white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Light spotty soapy lacing clings down the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of big lemon zest, orange peel, pear, apple, coriander, pepper, clove, light banana, wheat, cracker, bread, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness. Fantastic aromas with awesome balance and complexity of fruity/earthy yeast, spices, and pale malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big lemon zest, orange peel, pear, apple, coriander, pepper, clove, light banana, wheat, cracker, bread, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness. Light herbal bitterness/yeast spiciness and slight wheat tang on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon/orange peel, coriander, pear, apple, pepper, clove, wheat, cracker, herbal, grasss, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a short bit. Fantastic complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/earthy yeast, spices, and pale malt flavors; with a great malt/yeast/spiciness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Light-moderate dryness from spiciness as well. Medium carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, crisp, moderately creamy/bready, and slightly sticky mouthfeel that is great. Zero alcohol warming as expected of 5.3%. Overall this is a fantastic witbier! All around awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/earthy yeast, spices, and pale malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, and refreshing to drink. A highly enjoyable offering.

This was like a lighter version of Bell's Oberon, and they're not exactly trying to hide it either. There may be a bit more Belgian-esque character to it overall though.

12oz bottle poured into a pint glass
A: Pale yellow, slightly hazy with a one-finger head that settles somewhat quickly
S: Wheat, coriander, lemongrass and a hint of pepper
T: Matches the nose, maybe a touch heavy on the coriander
M: Light-bodied, spicy and crisp
O: I may be scoring this a touch higher than I should as I just mowed the lawn but boy is it refreshing. Would be better with a bit less coriander or more of the citrus pee3l
