Pitch black. Medium tan head. Good head retention. Solid lacing.

Rich roast and malt. Good mild alcohol. Earthy.

Solid powerful stout. Strong malt and roast. Alcohol. Light ester. Good.

Full body with moderate carbonation. A little sharp but quite good.

A really solid imperial stout. Big flavour. No offnotes. Enjoyable.

Pours black with a dark tan head.
Nose shows smoked malt with a meaty character, heavy roast, cocoa, chocolate liqueur and ash.
Bittersweet flavours, more heavy smoked malt, chocolate, aggressive roast and a little booze. Nice sweet malt backing.
Great creamy-feeling carbonation.
