A: The beer is crystal clear light yellow in color and has a light to moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a short white head that quickly died down, leaving only a small patch of bubbles in the center and a thin collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light aromas of lemons are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has flavors of lemons along with a subtle touch of sweetness from the underlying malts.
M: It feels light- bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer tastes like an adult version of a lemon soda - it is light, bubbly, and very easy to drink.

T:. Lemonade and sweet lemon candy, a touch of tartness, some wheat and malt to finish.

I've never been a fan of radlers, but I've long been a fan of this brewery. So, I had to give this one a try. From a tall can, it is a gold, lightly hazy color. Modest white head. The aroma is of lemon and light malt. Lots of lemon...I get lemon peel, seed, pith, and juice. It is really a very fruity beer. The taste is semi-sweet, with a little malt and lots of continuing lemon. Medium body. Okay.

Heard a thing or two about radlers but still decided to try this one out. Usually don't pour UCBC beers since theyve got the pop top cans but this is a mostly clear yellow, with a head that immediatley dissapeared without a trace. Bubbles stream to the top but thats it. Smells like lemonade and nothing more. Tastes about the same with an underlying somerthing, almost wheatlike. Super refreshing and crisp, perfect on a day when its 105 and nothing else is light enough.

Pours a crisp shiny golden color. Thin foamy white head dissipates steadily leaving no residual head. Somewhat effervescent. Aroma is mostly lemonade with a hint of wheat and malt. A bit too heavy on the lemonade for me. Taste is mostly lemonade with a hint of the beer coming through initially before building on the finish. Notes of lemon, sprite and grain on the back end. Somewhat sweeter, but to be expected with the lemonade notes. Feel is light, crisp and refreshing. Vibrant carbonation. Overall its actually pretty tasty as long as you don't mind a radler thats more lemon than beer. This would be super refreshing as a lawnmower beer.

i usually have limited excitement for and tolerance of radler and shandy, they tend to obscure the base beer a little too much, and run sweeter than i really want to drink much of, which never made sense to me in a style that is supposed to be sessionable and refreshing. i guess i am softening my stance on that though, because i liked this one quite a lot, not overdone with the lemon, and rather natural, but most importantly its on the drier side in the finish and i can still taste the grain, it may never be my favorite style, but this is one of the good ones! it should come as no surprise, everything these guys make is technically awesome. here we have a light crackery malt base and a zippy lemon zesty tang and freshness lightening it up without the sweetness of a citrus soda or lemonade, its more of an isolated lemon thing, and it works. this is summer and light but full of flavor, its well carbonated and its clean at the end, crisp even, although i do not taste lager yeast here. its light and effervescent and appreciably low alcohol. drinkable in the heat, even warming up pretty well. glad i tried this one, it gives me a little faith and confidence in the style moving forward...

16oz can. Poured a clear, light golden yellow color with a small, white head of foam. It smelled like lemonade and not much else. Nice lemon taste with a hint of tartness.
