One of my favorite beers ever. Wish they still made it. They honestly should bring it back with a higher alc %.
Looks dark for a vanilla ale (darker usually means better)
Smells like vanilla.
Tastes like the best cream soda ever with a little bop in it.
Very smooth drink. They should bring it back seasonally at least.

Way to sweet. Could not finish one. Love me some cream ales but not this one. It’s like a super sweet cream soda...if you like that sorta thing.

Extremely sweet in my opinion. If you mix it with the Kentucky Vanilla Barrel Cream Ale it’s really good

This particular beer has turned me into a beer drinker. I've never smelled and tasted any beer like it.

This is really good! Tastes like a refreshing cream soda, but like the best cream soda that I've ever had. It smells like cream soda, not of alcohol, and leaves a nice feel inside the mouth. The color is amber. I would drink more if I had them.

Okay, you beer/ale snobs, this ain't a West Coast IPA, or barrel aged Belgium ale, and it's not trying to be. It's a vanilla cream ale, and it does what it is supposed to do. Get non-beer/ale people to drink it.
In my opinion, it does exactly that. It's not a session ale or even a usual choice for me, but for what it is intended for, it is spot on.

Look: The same amber as a cream soda, with a small white head that quickly disappears.
Smell: Strong vanilla backed by malt, almost like a vanilla kvass or Malta.
Taste: Stronger vanilla than the nose suggests, with the maltiness faint on the back end. Tastes very much like a grown-up cream soda.
Mouthfeel: Incredibly thick and minimally carbonated.
Overall: A very strange brew, one that I would hesitate to call a beer, but still very tasty.
