Served in a flared pokal at Bliss.

The second of two agave-based brews Tim brought out during the Cinco de Mayo tasting. It pours a cloudy very pale straw topped by a finger of white foam. The nose comprises cactus, lime, lemon peel, and tequila (not just agave, but a touch of booze in there as well). The taste holds notes of agave, lime zest, lime peel, lemon peel, light balsa, and some very light powdered sugar. Things came together surprisingly nicely on my tongue here. The body is a hefty-leaning light, with a very light moderate carbonation and an increasingly dry finish. Overall, I didn't think I would, but I enjoyed this version better than the lime-less one. The lime seemed to tie things together and provide a nice citrusy backbone for everything else. Not bad.
