Honey saison brewed with lemon zest. Like the first warm Spring day when the flowers start to bloom and the bees return. Croupier finishes dry with a cracker-like malt character and notes of freshly squeezed lemon with a perceived tartness.

This is a 2019.
Beautiful golden color in a Tulip with a 4F head.
The aroma is not too strong with Brett.
The MF is relatively smooth for the style.
The taste is excellent with balanced Brett and some honey.
Overall an excellent wild ale, especially because of the balance.

A 500ml capped bottle dated June 2019. 6.3% ABV. Nice looking hazy straw colored with slight head. Smell is very good with a hint of honey and the floral lemon. Tastes great - a little sweet, a little tart, honey with lemon and the wild ale character. Feel is excellent - smooth, refreshing, just the right carbonation. This is good enough for me to go back to pick up a few other bottles at a $12 price.

A lemon zest bomb saison (with a pinch of honey!). A real zinger. It pours a light hazed yellow, minimal head. There is a lot of tart fruit on the nose and very light honey on the back end. I enjoyed this one very much.

Had this both on draft on 3-11-16 and again from an undated bottle for this review. Very similar experiences.
Hazy straw pour, 3/4 inch of quickly dissipating head. Looks pretty good.
Lemon dominates the nose along with spicy yeast. Honey appeared only after it warmed a bit.
Taste was quite lemony, slightly tart with a quick, funky finish. Only the slightest sweetness in the middle. Honey unsurprisingly adds little to the taste.
Highly effervescent mouthfeel, zesty bitterness didn't linger. Refreshing and bright.
Very nice. I believe I'll have another.

Some honey, minerals, cracker malt and a hint of lemon. Extremely dry, crisp and drinkable. Not much sweetness. Flavorful up front but has a very short finish, somewhat on the bland side.
