From Gruit day
Appearance: low carbonation, minimal head, hazy, gold in color
Smell: honey, licorice, and funk
Taste: honey, sugar, Belgian spice, slight grapefruit, big licorice taste at the end
Mouthfeel: sweet with slight bitterness, medium body, low carbonation
Overall: This tastes very Belgiany for a gruit. Love the Belgian sugar taste and the licorice taste is amazing. If they brew this again I will be getting another growler.
