Look: Light copper in color. Unfiltered; hazy and largely opaque. Pours a large 3 finger creamy white head that dies down leaving a thick layer of rich foam on the surface of the beer.

Smell: Slight sour/funk scent; lots of citrus and with noticeable scent of cranberry. Nice. Made me want to drink the beer.

Taste: Starts with a smooth mix of malt, yeast and mild cranberry flavor, ending with a lemon/citrus sour taste combined the cranberry. I really liked it for what it is.

Feel: Lighter side of medium; fizzy feel from lots of light carbonation.

Overall: Unique beer. Great for Thanksgiving - not too heavy and flavor that compliments the meal in terms of having a beer. Very refreshing. Would also be good on a warm day.

Bottle. Pours a hazy gold with a cute, pink subtlety. Tight, individual, white head. Aroma has some berry but I wouldnt specifically reference cranberries. Smells quite phenolic with its Belgian yeastiness. Some pale malt. Flavor delivers some tangy cranberry. Again, highly phenolic. A bit of funkiness. Medium bodied. Mellowed carbonation. Mystic usually gets pretty creative with their many Saisons. This one at very least, delivers on its cranberry promise.

Appearance is a pink, very slightly hazy hue. Gotta say, it's a pretty beer.

Smells and tastes like some funk and Belgian yeast, with subtle cranberry. Very similar to HF Arthur, but with subtle sour cranberry notes. Which in my opinion makes it better. ...which again makes me contemplate on the effect of "hype" on beer ratings.

In summary, if your like Arthur and you like cranberries, no need to travel to VT lol
