On tap at the brewery. Poured into a snifter. Minimal head with a clear amber colored body.
The aroma is a wonderful fruit (mostly orange) smell.
The taste is moderately bitter with a heavy dose of malty fruit. Nicely balanced.
The texture is crisp with moderate carbonation.
A nice double IPA here.

Pours an glowing Amber color. Aroma is malty and boozy. Flavor is sweet and malty. Has a bitter boozy aftertaste. Overall this is a pretty forgettable beer.

Overall nothing really stood out with this beer. Nothing good and nothing bad just your standard west coast IPA.

A: Pours a darker caramel colored amber with a bit of orange tint and some hop haziness across the body. Thick frothy layer of khaki bubbles hold over top quite nicely and leave the glass painted with some random swaths of lace.
S: Smells abundant with floral and spice hops with some mild citrus undertones. I get a fairly strong bready malt presence in the nose as well as some light caramel sweetness. Not incredibly potent or hop forward for that matter but still nice.
T: Flavors are full of bready pale malts with mostly floral spiced hops in tow. Again I am getting some understated orange citrus there. More would have been nice. Moderate amount of bitterness to the brew and overall everything is in decent balance with each other. Has a lightly resinous finish with the alcohol well masked throughout. Not bad but not what I am typically looking for in a DIPA. Reminds me more of your PNW style.
M: Moderate filling with the abundance of bready malts on the palate. Has a nice frothy feel however. Lush and light at times with a nice drying finish and slight resinous linger on after.
D: A nice pick up on my NorCal trip but not something I would go seeking out. Solid balance making for a good quaff here but more malt forward if anything and truer to the Pacific North West.
