Bottled 10/21/16 - poured into a tulip
Look: Semi-opaque
Smell: Mango, pineapple, mild citrus, touch of pine
Taste: Follows nose with big mango and orange citrus up front, a subtle sweetness in the middle, and a very mild piney bitterness on the finish
Feel: Very pleasant, soft, juicy mouthfeel with a slight stickiness that coats the mouth. Dangerously drinkable.
Overall: The aroma burst from this beer. I feel it was balanced nicely between the piney bitterness and sublte sweetness. I think Parish nailed it on the bottle when they state that Opus isn't an East or West coast IPA, it's the right balance between the two.

Poured from bottle to mug, straight up looks like banana juice. Big messy white head, lots of soapy lacing, large bubbles. Vibrant nose, strong aromas, citrus present, very hoppy. Taste is similar. Long finish, lots of flavor sticks around, sweet feeling is left in the mouth. A very good IPA.

This is a good little beer. It’s got a smoothness that you don’t really find in most other beers. It’s creamy in essence. It is nothing short of a smooth delicious juice bomb. Might I add extremely balanced. There isn’t one thing that stands out, rather everything seems to work together here to formulate a really good citrusy, hoppy, juicy neipa. One of the best I’ve had.

Pours a hazy golden color with a nice head and lacing
Aroma has very generous citrus and tropical hints
The taste follows the nose with a very well balanced citrus and tropical flavor
A medium bodied decently carbonated beer
A great IPA

Enjoyed from a 12 oz. bottle packaged 3/22/22.
Another great brew from Parish!
Very hoppy without being bitter. Terrific full and layered taste.

Bottled 6/14, drinking 7/16...damn this looks soooo good in the glass, pineapple milkshake haha! The flavors are bright and very much on the peel side of citrus, but the malt adds just the perfect amount of backbone/sweet to balance it. Each sip expresses more depth than I thought possible from an NE IPA...someone below mentions a hint of mineral, and that’s a good thing here, gives this another dimension. I gotta say, this is reeeeeeally really good. Seek it out!

I have had this in my fridge for the last month after returning from Laurel.
LOOK: Pours a most hazy pale straw yellow with plenty of white head that has average retention. Also has prominent side glass lace.
AROMA: Grapefruit and orange peel with a touch of mango. Subtly dank too.
TASTE: The citrus hops get some balance from some sweet malts. Very tasty, very good.
Solid and well balanced IPA.

On-draught @ the brewery.
Murky yellow appearance.
Vague citrus fruit juice aroma.
Flat citrus flavour profile. Shallow. Simple. Uninteresting. Tangerine juice, guava, flaked wheat, 2-row.
A trendchaser beer that lacks complexity and novelty. An India Odwalla Ale with a weak hop profile and without much to bring a drinker back.

Pours a golden, hazy but not murky. Citrusy aroma. I had heard a lot of things about Parish and had no idea what their house character was like. This was super citrusy and dank. It kind of reminds me of some of the best of Bissell. This is loaded with mineral content too. The flavor really envelopes your taste buds too.
