If this isn't the greatest Pale Ale I've ever had, I'm not sure what is. Born Yesterday, PseudoSue, Envie (regular), Devil's Harvest, Zombie Dust all fall short of this beauty. The look is orange juice in a glass. The smell is rich citrusy and resinous fruitiness. The taste is sweet and delicious Hops. Slightly bitter finish. Overall, this is definitely in my top 5 beers of all time, only rivaling Hop JuJu, King Sue, and Tree House beers in regards to best hoppy beers I've ever had.

It looks like mimosa, with serious turbidity and bright golden orange color. Smells of strong citrus with a "dank" malty background, which also describes the taste well. Mouthfeel is awesome, precisely what you're looking for in a pale with extra dose of bitter from the citra hops. Well done, Parish, well done.

12oz bottle Mosaic 5/23/17 poured into a tulip

Look: Golden straw in color; juicy opaque with an inch of fluffy white head
Smell: Grassy up front that develops into a sweet candied fruit aroma of mango and blueberry
Taste: Muted resemblance of the nose with some green onion, orange, grapefruit juice, crushed pineapple, slight citrus rind at the swallow and a faint biscuit flavor from the malt
Feel: Lighter body than it appears, but creamy enough for an APA. Slight slickness.
Overall: A great showcase of Mosaic hops. Huge aroma bursting from the pour. It packs loads of flavor for 5.8%. It finishes somewhat drier than the appearance and nose indicate, but no question an incredible Mosaic hopped APA perfect for easy drinking.

Wow! Regular Envie is my go to fridge beer. The Galaxy dry hopping takes it to a whole new level. The aroma blew my mind. So hoppy, so crisp and clean. Can't wait until the next version which I hear will possibly be Citra. Don't quote me on this. IMHO, this is the pinnacle of APAs. And yes I've had fresh ZD. This is better

Hazy in color. Nose is fruity as is the taste. The finish is fruity, but goes away almost as quickly as it hits. This beer is tasty and refreshing that would go down well ....anytime.

Poured from a 32 oz crowler into teku. Filled on 12/27/2016. **DDH with Galaxy**

Appear: like gold hazy goodness. Slight orange hue in center of glass. Abt a fingers worth of tight bubble foam that held up.

Smell: smell is subtle. Definitely some lemon orange rind going on maybe a little grapefruit. Some nice dankness. It's not a big nose tho.

Taste: it's nice refreshing brew. Beer is pretty well balanced. There's some nice citrus and piney notes. Maybe a little green onion & peppery notes.

Feel: it's really a little too thin for me. That's my only real complaint about Envie. The thin mouth but it's a low ABV pale ale not a DIPA.

Poured into a hotel glass. A turbid golden-yellow color with a one-finger foamy white head that retreated but left some nice lacing on the glass. Bright citrusy aromas of grapefruit and pineapple. The taste largely followed the nose, with a moderate but soft bitterness and a light silky feel. A nice dank undercurrent with some earthy notes. Bready, crackery malt and a dry finish. I'd put this almost at the level of Born Yesterday.

Appearance: totally hazy, light yellow and completely opaque, like liquefied lupulin. The head is a 1/8-finger of bright white that fades quickly to only a lacing at the edge of the glass.

Aroma: super hop freshness. The hop aroma resembles a cross of orange juice and pine. So good!

Flavor: super-fresh hop taste – like sucking on a hop fresh from the bine: hop oily. The malt is light with a mild sweetness. The hops are excellent but somewhat generic. No distinctive flavors are present: no tropical fruit, citrus, etc. Maybe some slight pine flavor but little else.

Mouthfeel: medium. Nothing special, but no flaws either. The mouthfeel is an afterthought behind this beer’s superb appearance, flavor and aroma.

Overall: damn good. An ode to the glory of the hop. So fresh, almost spicy from hops. Do NOT bother with this beer unless super fresh. If so, seek out this beer.

Note: DDH Mosaic bottled on 5/23/17

Smell: super Dank onion garlic tropical fruits pineapple peach orange grapefruit zest sweet blueberry. It smells like a mosaic hopped beer.

Taste: A little lighter on the palate then on the nose right upfront really light notes of tropical fruit pineapple peach blueberry middle of the mouth you get some orange dry crackery malt more of that blueberry a big dankness onion garlic that dankness makes it way into the finish along with a mix of orange and grapefruit zest

Feel: light medium body. Slightly watery. Super creamy and really crushable. This would be perfect to session on a hot summer day.

Overall: This is a great example of a pale ale light and crushable with just enough flavor to keep you wanting more. It's really dank the blueberry Is there. It's a great use of mosaic. Only knock is the body is lacking and wish there was just a
Little more on the nose and palate but overall this is 95/100 for me!

Fresh on draft at Loosa, Tuscaloosa AL.

Nice hazy golden pour, with a half finger head of creamy foam and heavy, even lace as it settles

Fairly subtle tropical fruit balances a predominance of grassy hops and sweet malt. Even getting a little essence of milk sugar, which for some reason I’ve been getting more often from hazy pales on the nose. Weird but I like it.

Piney, grassy hops greet you first, a potent but very tasty pale that settles into a more mellow, citrus-forward DDH pale. Well balanced and very refreshing.

Smooth, juicy, no unpleasant lingering bitterness. Very soft, low carb.

Drank side by side with regular Envie. Disappointing is the best word I can use to describe it. The best part of regular Envie is the balance between malt and hop, but that disappears with the double dry hopping here. The malt is barely noticeable, and the beer simply tastes and feels like dry pine.

Doing a side by side with regular Envie, the DDH is opaque maize with a very large cream-colored froth settling unevenly and convexly leaving tons of coral, fuzzy lace.

Smell is creamier than regular, like vanilla orange, but still with that spice of pink peppercorn, pine and cracker.

Taste is orange lemonade with more pine and a little amaretto-spiked wood, mango and mint.

Crisp with a bigger froth on the palate and a drier finish than regular.

Maybe a little more unique than Envie, but I enjoyed regular a bit more.

The new Citra batch of this beer is the greatest beer I've ever head in my life. This is world class juice bomb here. It even has a nice dank back end to it. Ghost in the Machine gets all the hype, but this is where it's at.
