Notes:
Collaboration with Other Half Brewing Co.
Our second Parish Brewing + Other Half collab, this is a mash-up beer of two beloved brands: Ghost in the Machine & Space Diamonds. Bombed out with a double dose of Galaxy in the dry hop makes this fuming & explosive. Ultra fragrant & delicately floral with notes of mint, candied cantaloupe, sweet tarts, & overripe mango sorbet.
7 IBU

This appears to be a one time collaboration between two good breweries in south Louisiana. Can dated 4/17/2019 and obtained from a friend who purchased from the brewery representative, the beer has been properly maintained. This beer is currently my favorite NE IPA with delicate tropical and citrus flavors that develop well on the palate. The flavors have a good intensity but the balance is so good that nothing dominates. I would buy this by the case if it were available. I'm anxious now to try the individual component beers and other offerings from their lines.

Canned on 04/17/19, An absolutely killer collab that I'm pretty pumped to try.
The pour on this is an absolutely insane pale, opaque, golden nectar. If you tried swimming in this, you would straight up sink to the bottom. Amazing look to this poured straight from the can, with hardly any rising head or noticeable carb. At the top of the glass, some carbonation settles comfortably into small islands.
Pure tropical nectar on the nose; mango purée, pineapple, grapefruit, melon, & passionfruit all ring true and balance each other perfectly. Some sweet, stinging hops follow on the tail and cut through all the fruit.
Dank, resiny hops, with a clear DDH Ghost influence immediately. Sweet, candied grapefruit, pine, and hints of cantaloupe dance around undertones of herbal hops and mango juice. Bursting with flavor, very complex, super well-balanced.
Soft, smooth as hell. The carbonation is low but fairly sharp, with a nice residual mouth-coating and and slightly warm booziness down the hatch.
