Very Good
Notes: The Doctor is in. Introducing your new go-to IPA, Dr. Juice is a highly crushable juice bomb. Dry hopped with a blend of our favorite hand selected hops from the Yakima Valley, Dr. Juice’s drinkability is sneaky good considering it clocks in at 6% ABV. The pour glows a rich cantaloupe hue with a thick, frosted haze and soft mouthfeel. Aroma and taste is full of passion fruit, papaya, and blood orange, making it drink like a glass of freshly squeezed juice.

Had from can Wine World Grand Boulevard Destin 2020

Weakest beer yet from Parish, not bad, certainly quaffable but very underwhelming- like a Tropicalia light

In Laurel:
LOOK: Pours a cloudy, dull yellow, gold with a prominent snow white head that slowly recedes but does retain a lot of side glass lace.
SMELL: Lots of citrus, mango, papaya, peach, pear.
TASTE: Juicy tangy citrus flavor with the mango, papaya strongest.

Serving: 12 oz can (“canned on 05/15/20”) poured into a Spiegelau IPA glass.

Appearance: Moderately hazy pale yellow with a bubbly head of white foam and streaky lace.

Smell: Tropical fruit aroma of mango and papaya, some citrus, and notes of wet asphalt.

Taste: Light fruity flavor with a mix of orange citrus and Juicy tropical fruit (papaya, passion fruit); lean grainy malt backbone.

Mouthfeel: Light body, smooth feel and softer carbonation.

Overall: Easy drinking hazy IPA with some nice tropical fruit, but otherwise soft hop character. Drinks much lighter than its 6% ABV.

12 oz. can. Hazy orange. Smells of juicy oranges and light acidity. Tastes of oranges up front. A little bit of passionfruit, especially in the back end. Slightly grainy malt profile, as it isn't sweet a lot. Wheat? Medium body. Not very sweet. It's pretty good, but not standout.

This is a decent IPA, but you're in for disappointment if you're looking for something on the level of GITM or DDH Ghost. Semi-cloudy pour featuring less than a standard finger of head, minimal lace, and average retention. Heavy notes of lemon zest. The taste meshes everything well, but there's not a wow factor from the hops that really zings. As the name suggests, it's meant to offer the juice character devoid of any supporting cast in the way of pine, dank weed, or malt. The citrus bill is evident in the taste, featuring additional notes of papaya, cherries, and overripe pineapple, but again, it's missing that one thing that really sets it apart. Soft carbonation, somewhat pleasing on the tongue. This is a safe choice.

Light lemon yellow brew, hazy and lively, but not quite opaque. Beautiful snow-white head with good production, retention, and lacing. Really looks like a lemon meringue pie in a glass.

Danker and more herbal on the nose. Leafy green, with a hint of mint. Cantaloupe, mango, lemongrass, honey, moderate dankness.

Flavor follows, with bright herbs leading the way to a juicy, malty middle. White bread and honey, tangerine, melon, mango, papaya, mandarin orange. Low bitterness, low dankness.

Pours a very cloudy golden yellow color with a thick foamy head. Head retention and lacing are both excellent. Juicy citrus and tropical aroma. The taste follows the same route. Nice and juicy. Mild bitterness. Maybe a little piney resin. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation.

A milky dandelion pour with a minor head goes into the pint glass. As I sip splashes of foam stick to the glass. Sediment ends up at the bottom of the glass by the time I'm halfway done. Smell is minimal but theres grass, citrus, pineapple, some wheat. Taste is right on with the smell, but with a focus on the juicy citrus. This one really shines with the feel, super clean wet finish that just tastes like I got it on tap at the brewery. Canned just 3 weeks ago. Great beer.

12 oz Can poured into a Pint Glass. Canned 02/14/20.

Appearance: Pours a Hazy Pale gold with 1/2 finger of head

Aroma: Citrus aromas of mango, tangerine

Taste: Juicy hop flavor with notes of mango, pineapple

Mouthfeel: Medium body and a semi-dry finish

Overall: Pretty standard for a hazy IPA. I appreciate the dry finish which makes this a crushable hazy IPA. I'd describe this as a more juicy Envie.

First impression from a can below. A sixer of 12 fl oz pull-tab cans ran me $9.29 USD plus tax at a beer store in New Orleans, LA. Canned 02/17/20.

6% ABV.

Pulpy and juicy, but not a standout in the oversaturated style.

02/23/20 another can:

Not particularly fresh tasting, but adequately juicy and citrusy with concomitant acidity. Hop pungency and depth of flavour are wanting.
