Parish Farmhouse IPA is the best of both old and new world styles: A bold blend of Franco-Belgian yeast and American hops. Brewed with Belgian pilsener and rye, the delicate malt profile is refined yet rustic. Pour gently as this beer is intentionally effervescent, made possible with bottle-refermentation in our cellar. Santé!

750ml Bottle bottled on 11/11/14 poured into a tulip glass.
Appearance: Pours a cloudy golden color with 2 fingers of white head
Smell: Fruity esters and grapefuit-like hop aromas
Taste: Hop bitterness up front with resin and fruity hop flavors along with yeast in the middle leading to a dry finish of hops, yeast, and fruity esters all balancing
Mouthfeel: Crisp and medium
Overall: A very nice hop forward Saison. I believe most people would consider this more of a Belgian IPA. Even with all of the powerful flavors present, they balance out pretty well.
