My first offering from Florida Avenue and it ain't bad a'tall...
Like most lagers, it pours out a golden-hued liquid with thin head and no lacing. The smell is wheaty, bready, and probably the most appealing aspect of the beer. Mouthfeel was carbonated, though not overpowering, and very crisp. The taste reminded me of a watered down wheat beer but strangely enough still flavorful. Overall, it's a decent lager, not the best I've had but still enjoyable.

Picked up a four-pack of 16oz cans at my local discount store (the one whose symbol resembles a Swiss Airforce Rondel). I was hoping for a nice craft brew, what I got instead was not. The beer pours pale yellow with a thin head that dissipates fast. There is a cloudiness in it which stays. The carbonation is minimal and the aroma is of sourdough bread and lemon (I don't think this is a lemon infused brew). The taste is similar, very tart and sour (not my thing). I'd like to say the mouth-feel is thin and watery, but water is thicker than this beer. Can says Lager but it seams more like a poor attempt at a decent Kolsch. Will not buy again. If you like shanties, it may be for you.
