Description- Hardtail's little brother. Same great flavor and aroma, but easier drinking and not so heavy on the alcohol. A great summer beer. 65 IBU

On-tap today at the brewpub.
A slightly darker shade of orange than the Hard Tail I had side by side. Thick creamy foam that left drippy lacing all around the glass. Retention was solid, and it had a bright clarity to it.
Mild herbal hops with notes of dried citrus peel in the nose.
Somewhat bitter, a little mild for an IPA. Pine, earthy green bitterness, slightly floral. a little bit indistinct. Mellow with a malty backdrop, pretty much a textbook IPA with slightly more malt presence than hops, but still very drinkable. Not bad.
