Had at the brewery when I visited Portland.

Light watery pale color, very little head.

Nose very very light, almost nothing there, mineral water, hint fruity honey.

Taste light toasty malt, just a little pilsner more like honey malt, a hint sweet honey, touch grainy, fair bitterness with light herbal grassy hop. Finish dry fair bitter, herbal hop, sticky malt. Was this even lagered?

Mouth lighter bod, decent carb, not very crisp.

Very easy to drink, well crafted pils. A bit more bitterness would be a appreciated, but this beer delivers a lot of flavor in a 5% abv. package. Would definitely order this one again.

On tap at The Life of Pie.

A faintly hazy straw yellow with a dense, off-white head with excellent retention and lacing. The nose is a delightful bready, doughy, faintly buttery malt with a nice lemony, mildly earthy hop character. The palate opens mildly bitter with a clean hop flavor and a Czech pils-like malt character - rough cut, doughy with a hint of DMS that elevates the palate. Light in body, moderately carbonated with a long, clean finish with mild hop bitterness, this is quite an excellent pilsner. Highly recommended.
