At the Mansfield brewpub. A blonde ale.
A: Pale blonde, the ale lives up to its name. Sporting a thin head, no lacing followed.
S: The aroma is very soft, pale and grainy with just a bare minimal amount of hops.
T: The ale is grainy, mildly sweet with a very low carbonation level. That low carbonation level allows the sparse flavors to linger. The finish is very dry, making me want another sip. A plain ale (that just so happens to be Yorkholo's best seller).
M: The mouthfeel is soft and light, grainy without much of a hop presence.
