Slightly opalescent blonde, with an half finger of an ok foam.
In the smell an intense hopping, citrus notes, but even grassy and floral. Some tropical notes.
Intense taste too, fruity, peach, light tropical, and citrus hop.
Fresh, lychee, goseberry.
Slim and drinkable. Fresh and pleasant.
And all that in a beer of just 3.7%!
Good.

3.5% version brewed for Sweden.
The colour is pale gold; the liquid is a bit hazy. The two finger thick head is white; it sinks quickly down to a thin lid leaving no lacing.
The smell is fresh with some sweet orange juice. Hoppy American notes of grapefruit and orange peels. Hints of rubber and spicy phenols in the background.
The taste is bitter with growing clean sweetness. Passing citric fruits and a hint of white loaf. Light to medium body. The aftertaste is sweeter with orange juice and some mango. Slowly growing bitterness with some harsh citric peels. The finish is bittersweet with some alcohol.
The carbonation is medium strong; the many mid-sized bubbles are fresh and long-lived. The liquid is semi-smooth.
Not bad, but it lacks some body.

The beer pours a light straw colour with a thin white head that quickly dissolved. The nose was extremely bitter: lemons with hops and a hint of wheat. It reminded me immediately of a Brewdog IPA (which is no bad thing). These scents continued through to the taste with an immediate hit of melons and lemons mixed in with a hoppy bitterness. It was light on the mouth, a bit too light for my personal taste, but was extremely refreshing. This is the first beer I've had from Brewfist and I hope to try another.
