Hazy, bright gold color topped with a thick, soapy head. Wild, spicy and brett-like aroma; peach. Tart and juicy flavor; peach and apricot with suggestions of lime juice; orange rind. Medium body; juicy but with a dry and sharp edge.

A rather unique and tasty wild ale collaboration between Anchorage Brewing and Tired hands. Yellow pitted fruit flavors abound within a classic sour beer profile. Very interesting and very enjoyable.

375ml corked/caged bottle served in a pair of little sampler snifters. Batch #1. No date that I can find.

Pours a hazy light yellow with a smallish head and a ton of carbonation. Smell is super funky, slightly tart and fruity.

Taste is moderately funky, super fruity, and slightly tart. Peaches and or apricot come across pleasantly; funk comes across in a clear but unobtrusive way.

Mouthfeel is light, dry, effervescent. Overall, very nice beer.

This one pours a golden and slightly hazy orange color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.

This one smells like sour peach, with a little bit of apricot, spiky and prickly funk, wheat and spelt, and grassiness.

This is a touch astringent and prickly, but the fruit also comes through nicely here, with more peach than apricot. There's a fairly intense funk here, with a good amount of lactic acidity as well.

This is light bodied, with a bit of sourness that lingers on the palate. It's a slow sipper for sure.

This is not the best from either brewery, but it's still enjoyable enough.

375ml cork and caged bottle. Teku glass. Cloudy, unfiltered medium yellow body. One finger white head, fair retention, not much lacing. Sweet stonefruit flesh, a bit of wheat, light lactic acid, mildly astringent spelt, a bit of leather, lemon. Fairly odd spelt aroma on the nose, I think. But the flavour is a bit more cleaner and pleasing to the palate, with more stonefruit, lemon, wheat, mild lactic acidity, grains, with peach on the finish.. Mouthfeel is medium bodied, good carbonation, peach flesh on the finish. Overall, a very solid fruited saison. The stonefruit seems to add a bit of astringency on the nose but that is nowhere to be seen on the palate.

On draft at ABC in a Teku

Hazy straw color with a creamy white head dissipating to a thin collar.
Light and fruity with the funk
Spelt grains so this unfamiliar terrain for me - funky, nice bitterness, really unique
Creamy and full bodied, effervescent upon agitation
Very nice, spelt seems to be lost on me, but I'll trying to figure this one out at least a few more times.
