This is a 100% Galaxy IPA I made for my friend Jean from Tired Hands Brewing, he lost a little fishing bet up here in Alaska...

A Tavour Treat. Pours a gold color with a small head that lasts quite a while Aroma of orange and grapefuit. Taste is sweet grapefuit and tangy orange juice. Smooth and creamy.

Interesting, enjoyable offering from Anchorage here; hazy yellowish gold with a fluffy white head...big lemon/lemon merengue notes on the nose, floral tropical fruits, citrusy grapefruit, creamy and yeasty, fluffy and bright. Unique!

A: The beer is very hazy to cloudy whitish yellow. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that has very good retention properties and hardly died down. It also left a lot of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of peach and passion fruit are present in the nose along with hints of orange citrus.
T: The taste follows the smell and has little to no bitterness.
M: It feels just about medium-bodied and very juicy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is easy to drink and is a lighter version of an NEIPA.
Serving type: can

An okay version of a lighter NEIPA. Has the juicy creamy appearance and the citrusy smell required. Taste is citrusy, slightly juicy, but not as strong as the usual NEIPA. A mildly dry finish, higher end of a lighter body, not a lot of booze. I think they wanted to make a subtle version of a beer that’s normally very strong, and they dod that pretty well.

16 oz can from Tavour. Milky pour with nice rocky head, lots of sediment. Sweet milky aroma, light lemon meringue. Taste also recalls a lemon meringue pie, subdued, and more lacto. Thick and creamy, small hop bite.
