Insane bandages in the aroma and taste. One of the few total misses from Almanac.

Pour is dark copper, mostly clear with a slight haze and a light tan head. Nose is metallic, fair bit of grain, notes of cinnamon, light strawberry. Taste is a bit less metallic, very sweet, sugary, unripe strawberry, a bit sour, a touch of acetic acid. Medium body, a touch syrupy, softer carb.

Not a very well balanced sour, as the sour taste seemed to over power this beer.

Light brown in color, not much head, but mouthfeel had a solid amount of carbonation.

I did not get much strawberry taste or smell with this one. It was OK, just nothing out of the ordinary or worth buying again. The price is high for what tastes like a common sour, without much complexity.

Poured from bottle into flute glass.

Nice effervescence. Slight head. Smell is of oak, maybe some berries, but not much. Taste has little to no strawberries in it. All I get is oak. If I hadn't read the label, I wouldn't have know what type of berry there was supposed to be in it. Decent tartness. Pretty disappointing overall. Other Dogpatches are better.
