Have been going here since they opened around 9ish years ago (2004?) Wide beer selection with many rotating taps makes this a great place to find a beer no matter what your tastes are. They will even serve your beer in the proper glassware (for the most part). I prefer school vacations or summer since the college crowd isn't around. This place also has a nice after work and older crowd too. Decent pizza place attached for slices or a grinder. Would recommend to anyone.

Located right next to Western New England University, this bar boasts some solid options on tap, considering some college students frequent here often. They have a "local tap" assortment (currently predominantly Iron Duke), along with staple pub beer and some other upper echelon options. Tonight I imbibed a Fort Hill Red Flagg (just alright), and an Ithaca Flower Power (very solid IPA).

Though the bar doesn't offer any food, it abuts Peppa's PX (and drinkers can bring Pizza into the pub, which is nice).

The service is on par with what you would expect from a bar. On another occasion, the bar tender offered up many samplings, and was very friendly. Tonight wasn't anything particularly memorable, which isn't always a bad thing.

Overall, it is a decent bar for the Springfield area. The prices are reasonable, and the beer selection is respectable.

Better beer list than you'd expect. Occasionally, a beer will taste extremely far off from what it should taste like, my assumption is that they forgot to clean the tap line? Not sure why that happens.

This is my goto place in Springfield aside from Smith's. I started going here because all of my Cathedral High School friends love this place...namely ccm414. They have a great selection of microbrews...25-30 as ccm stated. They really support their local brewers such as BBC, so they'll always have at least 3 of those beers on tap. Great food from Peppa's express...I recommend the buffalo chicken pizza. Other than that, it is a great place to hang out with friends. The only downside of this place is that it is right near 3 colleges (WNEC, AIC, and Springfield College), so during the school year on friday and saturday night it will get uncomfortably crowded with students looking to get drunk. This is my place for St. Paddy's Day though!

Located right near WNEC (Western New England College) is an irish "sports bar" type atmosphere. They have clean facilities with a very friendly staff. They have recently updated draft towers with approx 25-30 beers on tap; some good micro brews and seasonal beers are usually available. In addition, they have a large selection of bottled beers. Peppa's XPress pizza is attached to the bar and offers a great selection of food. Overall, its a good place for a "sports bar" type of feel. While its an Irish style pub, they have many flat screen TVs, usually with the Patriots/Celtics/Bruins/Red Sox playing. The building consists of the bar with many stools, then a few rows of tables and chairs. Not an oversized place, but not small by any means either. A great place to grab a pint with friends.
