Called a Quad Hop Craft Beer
A: Very light golden orange. Slightly translucent. Massive carbonation. Some fast rising carbonation.
S: Odd. Grassy sour hops, yeasty. Rubber.
T: Certainly different. The closest things I've had to this one would be the Sweetgrass APA and Kakabellen. Sour grass. Vaguely IPAish.
M: quick but dull carbonation sting with a fast decay, otherwise mild with a light to medium body
O: A good beer with an interesting flavor.

Their site calls it "Die Hopfenbombe!", so not sure what to say about that. It's got Nelson Sauvin and German-bred Cascade, Saphir and Taurus.
Pours hazy yellow, unclean with lots of floating bits, as if it had pulp, small white head, sticky lacing.
Smells nice, with tropical notes from the Nelson Sauvin and zesty citrus from the others, with a clear caramel backbone.
Yep, big fruitiness in the start and huge zestiness, almost like it's pineapple-mango-tangerine juice. Bit of extra caramel sweetness. Green notes follow, some bitter grass, dry leaves, faint petals, but nowhere near the roughness expected. There's also a bit of an off note, quite weird actually: cooked cabbage (doesn't ruin it tho, it just sorta.. puzzles). Bitter finish, again, not too much.
Low carbonation, light bodied, but not watery, it's a bit sticky. Nice hoppy aftertaste.
I'm glad it wasn't a hop bomb. But there's still a lack of balance, reminding of a homebrew. Decent.

The head on this one was incredible. Seriously though. Despite my best efforts to pour this slowly, it took forever to get a clean pour cause the head was easily half the glass.
Otherwise, this was a fairly standard IPA to me. Smells hopy, citrus sweet, with graperfuit, lemon, orange and a tinge of something like blood orange.
Taste pretty much like the smell, very enjoable with a bitter bite toward the end and some malty sweetness. Im pretty sure this one was a little heavy on the carbination, like i said, the head was outragously large, (5+ fingers) and it felt rather fizzy. Overall, a refreshing beer.

Picked this up at a great beer shop in Darmstadt, Germany, Maruhn Welt der Getränke. Hazy straw-yellow pour with a two finger pure white foamy head with good retention and lacing. Really nice fresh hop, citrusy, herbal nose. The Nelson Sauvin hops are definitely the star and one of my favorites. Hints of lemon, caramel, and grapefruit round it out nicely. The taste follows suit with the Nelson Sauvin hops once again predominate along with hints of grapefruit, lemon, caramel, grass, and pine. The mouthfeel is light and tangy with perfect carbonation and great balance. Overall, a refreshing and highly sessionable offering.

a - pours cloudy yellow with a thick head and very good retention

s - complex smell of lemon, grapefriut and hay

t - medium bodied malts with clear cereal notes, very hoppy finish but not that exaggerated as some IPAs do

m - a soft carbonated and a bit oily, very very drinkable

o - all in all a great IPA that is able to match with its american examples
