Small cafe in Willemstad, visited while on a cruise. Decent selection of mostly Belgian and Dutch beers, I had a Duvel and my wife had a Hoegaarden Rose, both of which were tasty and reasonably fresh. Also saw some more “local” beers (ie presidente). Worth a stop if in town.

Just revisited this place, after having enjoyed it's wide selection of Belgian beers about 4 years ago. The Dutch food is still great, but the beer selection seems to have shrunk! When asking the waiter for the beer list, he seemed to tell me (in heavily Dutch accented English) that the owner had run into some trouble, and hasn't been able to keep up his usual variety of beers.
Still, they had Leffe Blonde and Bruin, Stella, Kreik, Jupiler, and one or 2 more.
While not spectacular, after coming off a cruise ship, this assortment was a welcome change!

popular spot on the main square in Punda. blend of locals and tourists. close enough to the floating bridge and main shopping square, easy to find on the Wilhelminaplein.
has a reasonably priced menu compared to the rest of the island. beers were somewhere in the neighborhood of $3.50 - $5.50 US. lunch for 2 with meals + 2 drinks was about $30-35. higher than i am accustomed to but as we found out pretty normal prices for lunch on Curacao.
we stopped in twice for lunch. service is extremely slow. even for the generally laid back standards of the island. we were "seated" more or less immediately and then waited almost 30 minutes for service during a time of day when it was not at all busy. from there we waited another 30 or so for basic sandwiches.. and then almost 45 from the time we finished until we got our check.
to say they are not in a rush is an understatement.
on the beer menu was Heineken, Amstel, Amstel Bright, Polar Presidente, Corona and if i recall Leffe Blonde was the special one day. so nothing outstanding but few places we saw have anything more than those offerings.
slightly above average lunch food, atmosphere is fair enough, selection is pretty familiar to the American palate.. with a few exceptions (try the stoba!).
bonus: beers to go and drinking on the street is not at all discouraged.
downside: most beers are served in 8oz bottles.
