Thanks to bu11zeye for sharing this bottle.
The beer pours a yellow color with a white head. The aroma is basic tripel. I get a lot of citrus, wheat and Belgian yeast characteristics, as well as a little bit of white pepper.
The flavor is yeast, orange and lemon citrus, wheat and some grass. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.
A very nice tripel, though not as good as many of the other Belgian versions.

Bottled 16-03-2005. Good presentation with well lasting white head and pale golden beer with flocks in it though not disturbing. Great nose showing good and fresh hops with litle koreander and yeastspice. Very fresh and wouldn't give this brew almost a year. Full and rich taste and a good bitterness that peaks but soon disappears again. Litle sweet but this one can handle it and hides alcohol well. Fine carbonisation that's quiet high and makes mouthfeel even fresher and drinkability easier. Fine brew and pleasure to drink.
