2013 thanks to rudzud for sharing.

No head, slight hazy slight pinkish guava orange like color.

Nose is weird, some buttery oak, then lots of weird tart fruit skin, grape cranberry craisin thing, some tart fruity Brett funk vinous just weird funk and buttery oak.

Taste comes on tart with vinous berry and lots of skin flavor, sour light lime skin, etc. Some buttery oak, faint grainy malt, little lacto perhaps? Light plum and sticky flemmy esp on the finish, lingering lemony tartness, little vinous and buttery oak barrel.

Mouth is med bod, light carb, little acidic bite.

Overall pretty nice, could be better but still enjoyable.

look: 3.5 | smell: 3.5 | taste: 3.75 | feel: 3.5 | overall: 3.5

Appearance: The liquid pours out the color of the fleshy part of a plum (not a blood plum, the other kind) and it takes some work to build a head; little retention and lacing

Smell: Funk, oak, cheese and a vague fruit and vinous character

Taste: Tart fruit juice (hard to identify the underlying flavor as plum) with oak and vinous tones developing; lemony sourness, after the swallow; dry finish

Mouthfeel: Light to medium body with low carbonation

Overall: Not among the best beers produced by Crooked Stave, but worth a try

Thanks, JMBSH, for the opportunity

375 mL bottle poured into a snifter.

Appearance - Pretty rosy pink body. A little haze. Thin collar. Not much else of a head.

Smell - Fruity. I don't know that I'd call it plum without already knowing it was plum, but having read the label I'd definitely say it's plum. Brett. Some oak.

Taste - Less distinctly plummy, but fruity. Brett isn't so intense. The aftertaste is definitely plum and it's pretty acidic. Oak adds a nice dimension.

Mouthfeel - A shade watery. Medium carbonation. A hint of tang.

Overall - Not as complex as other Crooked Stave beers. I had a decent pour of this, but I get the feeling I would like it more if I could drink more of it.

Took this to a BYOB for dinner with the folks. Poured into a wine glass, and loved it from the start. A rosy pink color (almost looked like a rose wine actually), with only a slight haze, and a delicate bubbly head that fizzled down to a thin ringlet very soon; no lacing. Tangy aroma, acidic, soured wheat, notes of plum and tropical fruit rinds, slightly cobwebby. Nice tartness up front in the taste, obvious notes of plum, some lemon, pineapple, raspberry, tangy and not super-sour, flavors of barnyard funk and a little wet wood. Complex but light and well-balanced. Light body, almost spritzy, with a clean must. Highly drinkable. I'll certainly open another bottle soon.
Not a popular opinion, but this might be my favorite from CS so far.
