Pour is hazed golden amber with a thin tight white head. Nose is dusty and light cheese funk with a leathery brett, hints of mineral and salt, a faint plastic ester, and notes of lemon and tangerine but very light. Taste is much more fruit forward. The funk isn't near as present, still a fair bit of brett offering a leathery mineral and hint of salt. Fruity esters, juicy lemon, ripened tangerine and a faint touch of citrus. Nicely balanced beer, fairly bright and integrated. Lighter body, softer carbonation, and smooth.
