Dry and not tasting like a beer. Can't get much beyond the first sip. Mango chutney and burnt hair to a raccoon. Drinkable to a person dying of thirst.

On tap at Beertemple. Clear pinkish ruby pour with a thin white head. Sour fruit and raspberries in the nose as well as in the taste.Moderate tartness, light body, refreshing, with a low carbonation.

I see pinkish red with a fingernail of white. Moderate lacing. I smell tart Brett and raspberry along with horse blanket. I taste tart raspberry and Funky Brett. The mouth is dry and highly carbonated.

nice crisp clear looking pinkish-burgundy hue. but strands of particulate and yeast, despite a settled bottle and gentle pour.

smells a bit wild, nice oak coming through, faintly sweet plum smell, but hardly any raspberry.

fruit more present on the tongue. tart. some cough syrup flavor. fades pale and plain after a tinge of wood.

feel is kinda meh. virtually completely flat. but not like a lambic. maybe a 15% c02 fizz. somewhat medium body.

overall pretty tasty. could use some more raspberry, and a bit more carb to carry and disburse the flavors. would drink again, but probably not purchase. there's just other similarly priced better wild raspberry ales out there.

375ml bottle poured into pint glass

A: Small reddish hued white head that disappears quickly. The body is a bright red color with good clarity.

S: Raspberries, sour a little wheat light wood smell.

T: Tons of raspberry light tartness not very sweet a little sour miles of raspberries.

M: Light bodied good carbonation finishes fairly light.

O: This beer has a ton of raspberry flavor without any of the sweetness. It has nice tartness and it's a lighter bodied beer. If this was more reasonably priced I would drink it quite often.

12oz. bottle into a Tree House taster.

Great color but not much else and the nose is the same. Aromatic and pungent but simple. Juicy, seedy raspberry. Beer is seedy. Raspberry puree. Hints of oak, cobwebs and raspberry seed and pulp. Puckeringly sour throughout. Simple but very very good. Light to medium bodied with ample carbonation. Puckering on the palate and going down. Really sour.

A beer that's straightforward and very much to the point. Raspberry and plenty of it and sour as hell throughout. Definitely worth trying.

375 mL bottle poured into a snifter.

Appearance - Pink hazy body. Small white head and a thin collar.

Smell - Light raspberry. Smells pretty acidic. More raspberry than anything else, really, but it still isn't very strong.

Taste - Pretty intense sourness. Lemon. Light grain flavor. Raspberry starts as a sour flavor but becomes a little more juicy. The finish is lemon sourness.

Mouthfeel - Medium carbonation. Very light.

Overall - A very pleasant, but simple, beer.

Pours an effervescent blush color a sliver of fast-falling pinkish head. Very nice lacing & average head retention

S: Lots of raspberry, some band-aid

T: Raspberry, tartness, dryness & a little lemon& a little oaky dryness up front. More of the same as this warms, a real raspberry sweet tart thing going on here. Finishes dry with raspberry & fairly puckery tartness & just a kiss of sour green apple

MF: Light body, slight carbonation

Drinks fairly easy, like most of their stuff, well worth a try
