Gorgeous, deep, bright red. Aroma of pure fresh raspberries with a little acidic burn on the olfactories. Heavy dose of citric acid with some acetic acid. Tons of tart raspberries. Mildly sweet, juicy flavor. Almost like a raspberry fruit snack. Dry and balanced overall. Hint of wood, wine, and funk in the finish. Super dry feel. Ample carbonation. Exceptional fruit sour in every aspect.

A lot of golden sours can be too heavy on the golden malts or yeast, not so here, with wonderful balance between all elements, truly letting the raspberry seep through layers of brett, yeast, golden malt, lemon, sour oak and farmyard funk. Smell is more brett heavy, but otherwise the same. Fresh, funky and layered beautifully, if the brett didn't dry out as much we could be talking true greatness.

Aroma is raspberries, mild sweetness and very slightly musty. The flavor is strong raspberries, fruit, malts, mild sweetness and a very tart/fetishized finish.
